Being a leader may be one of the most meaningful and impactful things you do in this life.
And it may equally be the most challenging...
It’s a journey that requires continuous growth and evolution, resilience, honesty and courage.

And when you fall off-course, it can feel devastating.
Maybe you’re feeling…
Burnt out
You’re anxious and overwhelmed under crushing pressure—yet stuck or frozen, unsure of what steps to take next.
Self-Doubt
You’re doubting yourself and your ability to lead your company to the next level of success.
Disconnected
From your authentic self, your core values, and work that energizes you
Apathetic
Towards your work, life and the people around you. You’re struggling to reignite your inspiration, motivation and joie de vivre.
I understand because I’ve been there too.
Five years into building my startup, I was hit hard with a debilitating case of founder burnout, experiencing all of the self-doubt, overwhelm, and shame firsthand.
And I also know that it doesn’t have to be this way.
Since experiencing burnout, I’ve been on a profound healing journey to uncover what went wrong.
And I now understand what I would’ve needed to change.
I started Within to help leaders like you avoid the pain I went through and step into the most lit-up, confident, authentic version of their leadership.
I partner with my clients to:
Define an inspiring and values-aligned vision for their work and life
Develop a clear plan and establish practices, habits and processes to efficiently and joyfully execute on their vision
Thoughtfully evolve their scope to align with their strengths and unique talents
Identify and address behaviors like perfectionism, people-pleasing and self-criticism
Feel more authentic, empowered and at ease as leaders in their company

Trust me, I’ve stood where you’re standing now.
One morning in June of 2023, when I was still an active leader in my last startup, I woke up and realized things were very not okay.
I was physically and emotionally exhausted, yet I couldn’t sleep. Anxiety and endless rumination kept me awake, replaying all the ways I could have done better and worrying about all the ways I might fail.
I felt a dullness, an apathy, an inability to care about aspects of my life that once brought me meaning and excitement.
I felt this debilitating overwhelm at the thought of work tasks that used to feel so simple.
I found myself spiraling into a full mental breakdown over challenges I once managed with ease.
I was haunted by a lurking self-doubt, a tormenting inner voice of criticism, telling me that I wasn’t a good enough co-founder, leader, manager, or even person.
I carried a constant unease, fearing that others saw me the same way — or that any minute they might discover that I was a failure.
And I felt hopeless that I’d never find a way out.
After months of leave and contemplation, I eventually came to the heartbreaking decision to step away from my company.
Burnout brought me face-to-face with all of the ways I’d been living out of alignment with my true self.
I was chasing external validation, trying to prove my worth through perfectionism and people-pleasing.
I was ignoring what work actually energized me in favor of work where I felt I “added the most value” but actually disliked.
I was repressing my emotions and stuffing down signs from my inner knowing that something was off.

I’ve thought a lot about what I was missing when I was a leader at my startup.
And that reflection led me inward — deep into healing and self-discovery — to learn the tools that have helped me reconnect with my true self.
I signed up for a coaching certification program that beautifully blends Eastern and Western philosophies — combining sociology, neuroscience, and somatics with spirituality and a touch of magic.
I worked with several coaches myself, journaled and meditated to rediscover who I am and what work genuinely lights me up
I explored and healed through different modalities like somatic experiencing, internal family systems, breathwork, plant medicine and even rage journaling.
I’ve taken this transformative work and combined it with over five years as a startup founder to support leaders who are ready to do the inner work needed to complement the outer work of building companies.
I now believe that it’s possible to lead teams and companies in a way where:
Your unique purpose, values and talents are honored, expressed and appreciated
You experience all kinds of abundance in your life
Work, rest and other areas of your life are equally valued, harmonizing and thriving together.
I built Within to support you in finding this for yourself.
To be a space you can come to that blends leadership, spirituality and personal development.

Where you can be fully seen and supported—not just in your work, but as a whole human being.
You may be wondering, “So, who is Roslyn outside of work?”
Now that I’m living a more balanced life, you might find me:
Strolling the Brooklyn Heights promenade with a good podcast or, even better, a croissant from my favorite neighborhood bakery.
Making my pre-teen heart happy by browsing a bookstore or sitting on the couch nose deep in a novel — I love a good literary fiction, a psychological thriller, a romance, fantasy, or a murder mystery.
Obsessively researching and checking out the latest restaurants, wine bars, bakeries, and fitness studios NYC has to offer. Or just scrolling the Nolita Dirtbags IG account and reveling in the privilege that is living in New York City.
Checking in with the stars. Astrologically, my sun and rising are in Cancer and my moon is in Aries, which I think explains why I’m obsessively driven to build a company that helps people feel supported, seen and empowered.
Brainstorming new creative and business ideas. I know I’m busy enough getting my current business off the ground, but I’m a dreamer with a lottt of initiating energy (aka I LOVE getting new things started but following through can be more effort for me).
Hanging out at home. I do love to travel, but sitting cozy on my couch with a coffee and a book while my partner watches football beside me makes me feel very at peace.
Doing yoga or pilates. I actually did my Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica in 2016 — back when I was starting to more deeply explore yoga, mindfulness and spirituality, on the side of being a CPA working in Big 4 Accounting.
So, are you ready to take the next step towards a life that feels more fulfilling, empowering and energizing?
I’d love to speak with you and learn more about the challenges you’re facing and the transformation you’re seeking.
It would be an honor to partner with you on this journey.
I can’t wait to meet you!
